Off-Site Training

At 9/11 Training, we strive for excellence in training. We also believe that excellence doesn't have to be wrapped in a "canned course." Our instructors are committed to teaching the information, training you how to use it, then getting you on your way...all the while providing an enjoyable, fun, and relaxed learning environment. We offer:

Classes in the community at locations that are convenient-

Most of our classes are held at the Workforce Training Center in Post Falls, Idaho. This is a good central location for most of North Idaho. On occasion, depending on the agency booking the class, we may select other facilities closer to the requesting agency.

Convenient class times-

Most of our classes are evenings. Not so late you still can't get a good night's sleep, but after normal work and school hours. On occasion, there may be some Saturday classes during the day, but these are rare. Our entry classes are generally spent between the classroom and the practical skills stations.

Convenient payment options-

We accept cash, checks, and all major CC's. All we ask is that you pay prior to your class beginning.  For our commercial clients, some latitude is given to account for your current business practices. This allows us to ensure we have all the materials necessary to put on a great class for you. Your instructor will be available to help prior to class should you have any questions.

Early open classrooms-

We don't make you sit in your car or truck until the last minute. Doors open 15-30 minutes prior to class. Come in, find a seat, and relax. Meet your instructor. Feel free to bring a snack and your coffee. All we ask is that you please not interrupt any class that is ending if you get there before they finish.

Safe classroom settings-

We do our best to provide excellent classroom facilities. Parking lots are well lit, buildings are in public spaces. If we wouldn't feel comfortable with our loved ones taking a class there, we won't use it to teach a class in. It's that simple.

The Fine Print...

While 9/11 Training is committed to providing the best in CPR instruction, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. Should you need to cancel and re-schedule a class please try and give us 24 hours notice. Also please note we require a minimum of 6 students up to a maximum of 25 to hold a class(Entry classes are capped at 16). Should a class be canceled due to low enrollment, or you be unable to secure a seat due to high enrollment, there are many ways we can still accommodate your needs. Give us a call or message us for details.

Thank you for your interest! We'll be in touch soon!
